Analysis-only boundary

DirtyWater provides general, non-personalized data analysis. It does not assess a user’s circumstances or objectives; provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice; recommend, solicit or arrange transactions; execute orders; hold assets; or guarantee results. Any price estimate is a probabilistic model output with uncertainty ranges, not a fact or promise.

Scores, positive/negative factor states, historical statistics and model observations describe the selected dataset only. They are not buy, sell or hold signals. Users must independently verify data and remain responsible for any decisions made outside DirtyWater.

Risk and model limitations

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, mistranscribed or unavailable. Historical relationships can fail abruptly. Leverage, derivatives, forex, commodities and cryptoassets can cause substantial or total loss.

Deterministic demonstration data is explicitly labelled and is never live. Source timestamps, exchange rules, corporate actions, liquidity, taxes and execution conditions must be independently checked.

Privacy notice

Controller contact: support@dirtywaterquant.com. The controller’s full legal name and postal address are pending; public registration is disabled and must remain disabled until those details and the final privacy notice are completed. Data processed: name, email, password hash, consent records, sessions, security counters, membership status, administrative changes and—only with consent—aggregate page-view attributes (path and language). DirtyWater does not store payment-card data. When AI Copilot is used, the question, recent in-session context and selected market analysis are transmitted to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI); DirtyWater does not persist the conversation. Provider processing and retention terms apply. Google states that Gemini free-tier content may be used to improve its products; when OpenAI is used, response storage is disabled.

Purposes and legal bases: provide and secure the account and subscription (contract and pre-contract steps); deliver requested AI research and prevent abuse (contract and legitimate interests); keep audit records (legitimate interests and legal obligations); optional aggregate analytics and marketing (consent). Service providers may include hosting/database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Google Gemini and/or OpenAI for AI research, and configured market/news sources. International transfers, processor terms and safeguards must be verified before launch.

Account data is kept while the account is active and thereafter only as required for disputes, security, tax or accounting law. User sessions expire after 30 days; administrator sessions after 8 hours. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may complain to the Italian Garante. Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage keeps language, consent choice and secure authentication working. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite and expire automatically. They cannot be disabled while using a signed-in area.

Optional analytics records only aggregate page views after explicit acceptance. Rejecting or closing the choice leaves analytics disabled. DirtyWater currently uses no advertising, cross-site profiling or behavioral targeting. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.

Terms and subscriptions

Access is personal, non-transferable and subject to plan limits. Entry costs €14.99 monthly or €149.99 annually; Essential €34.99 monthly or €349.99 annually; Professional €49.99 monthly or €499.99 annually, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. The checkout must repeat the total price, renewal and cancellation terms before payment.

Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Any request to begin digital service during that period, and any legally valid loss of withdrawal rights, requires a separate compliant workflow and legal review. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory rights are not limited.

Users must not share accounts, scrape or resell licensed data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or present DirtyWater outputs as authorized advice. Availability is not guaranteed. Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law. Final jurisdiction, dispute, refund, tax and business-identification clauses remain subject to counsel review.
